This article explains how Limy’s free trial works, including access, billing timing, and how to cancel before being charged.

Limy offers a 14-day free trial so you can explore the platform and understand its value before committing to a paid plan. You won’t be charged until the end of the 14-day trial period.

You can cancel the trial at any time by going to Settings > Subscription > Cancel, and if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start automatically and your card will be charged.

During the trial, you can:

• Review AI visibility insights

• Explore prompts, competitors, and sentiment

• Test recommendations and analytics features

Some advanced features or limits may be restricted during the trial period.

At the end of the trial:

• You’ll be prompted to select a paid plan

• Your workspace and data will not be available without purchase

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

Your data remains available until the end of the billing period. Once the billing period passes, your data will be deleted after 30 days.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
