This article explains how to manage your Limy workspace configuration, team access and account preferences.

Settings is where you configure and manage your Limy workspace.

This section controls how your team accesses Limy, how your brand is defined at a system level, and how Limy’s features behave across your workspace. While most day-to-day work happens in Dashboards, Prompts, and Recommendations, Settings ensures that everything in Limy reflects the right brand, team structure, and operational setup.

All of the following can be found under Admin > Settings

  • Account: Manage workspace and company details.

  • Team: Control user access and permissions

    • You can easily provide access to your team members by clicking on ‘add user’ and fill out their name and email address and select their role. The user will now receive an email with a login link.

  • BrandKit: Fill out your brand kit to ensure recommendations match your brand identity

  • Prompts: Add topics and modify your prompts

  • Competitors: add any missing competitors or delete irrelevant ones
